What people are saying

“I purchased the Rinnai tankless water heater based on my plumber’s recommendation. It has been installed for about a week now. The water doesn’t take long to heat up.”

“I’ve had hundreds of service calls for for tankless water problems but never for a Rinnai tankless. I now own 2 Rinnai tankless water heaters and am very pleased with them.”

“Just installed at my office, have also had the same one at my house, for the past 11 years. Ive never had a problem. I’ve have many people tell me about nightmares they’ve had, with other brands. If you’re looking for a TLWH, this is the one.”

“Meets expectations, only drawback is short time for hot water to reach master shower at far end of house. Saves electricity and space which would be taken up by water heater.”

“Only fires up when needed. Previous electric heaters were plumbed backwards caused quick element burnout and limited hot water. Can’t have that situation with tankless water heaters.”

“The wait time for the water to heat up can be a bit annoying, but nothing to discourage us from buying it. Once the water is heated up, it’ll last forever. Something our builder did not tell us is that it needs to be professionally cleaned yearly, the plumber told me that if you don’t have it cleaned yearly (because it’s on the outside of your home) that you will very likely have issues with it, and possibly it’ll break- but if you do have it serviced yearly- it could last forever.”
